I just made a real good batch of kheer (Indian rice pudding) with some of the new Basmati rice I got at the store. It's so yummy, I just know I'm going to eat it all before the night's over... thank gods it's not too large a batch.

I only ended up eating about two-thirds of the batch before I got full. I think I'm having the rest for breakfast tomorrow... :)
