Interesting. This is, I imagine, what is already occuring in the vanity press industry.

It's pretty funky to see a PoD machine in action.

The only hassle I see is the fact that the printing is done by laser printer, which isn't the most durable means in the long run. The ink tends to come off as the pages get stuck together :(
