Biking

Good gods but it's a nice day out! I just got back from a long bike-ride out along the back roads of Merrimack. It's a glorious late summer/early fall day out: crystal blue sky, sunny, cool breezes and the very first hints of color in the leaves. I definitely want to get out and ride over the next few weeks before it becomes too cold and all my cardio has to come in indoor treadmill form.
