philreed has opened his own web-store for his electronic publishing company, Ronin Arts. Among other things (many other things—Phil has a lot of irons in the fire), Ronin Arts is Green Ronin's partner for electronic publishing, producing some very fine Mutants & Masterminds products. Check it out.
