The Zorcerer [livejournal.com profile] chadu has demanded blogging, so blogging he shall have...

In our first Zorcerer of Zo session, we kids found our way into the magical land of Zo in the high tower of the Marquis de Carabis, who was imprisoned in a magical crystal ball by an evil Ogre King. He sent us to find the key that would free him from his prison, so he might return us home. We climbed through the secret passages, avoiding the dangerous Clockwork Men, to reach the observatory at the top of the tower, where a magical telescope showed us the key and I was able to reach out and grab it (after a scuffle with a couple of Clockwork Men).

Unfortunately, we fell into a trap that slid us down into the Ogre’s dungeon, where we landed in a heap on top of Ferdinand, a fairy imprisoned there. Boof! There was an explosion of fairy dust and yours truly was right at Ground Zero.

Naturally, that’s when strange stuff started happening: my cousin could pull things out of his should bag.. like complete fish dinners and burning candles. Seth found a magical sword and shield (and I got this great knife... the sword? Too heavy, and not very subtle). Oh, yea, and I can fly! (It’s not so hard when a fairy shows you how.) But we lost the key!

So we ended up sticking the Marquis’ crystal inside the magic bag and hightailing out of the Ogre’s tower before he got back. Bet he’s going to be mad when he he finds out it’s gone! The telescope showed us that the key ended up on the Island of Lost Toys, so we’re going there but, along the way, it’s off to see the Zorcerer of Zo. Ferdinand says he’s supposed to be all-wise, so maybe he knows an easier way out of this mess!

Anyhow, gotta fly!
