I'm having a daydream ... about a giant bread machine ... with big, stainless steel blades ... and the sheer number of fairies I can jam into it at once. Oh, it's a thing of beauty.

Maybe not as "traditional" as hunting each one of them down individually with a very sharp knife, but what can I say? I like my modern conveniences, and the results should still be good enough to suit my pedestrian tastes....
