Freedom and Ice Cream

There was a while — the couple months before GenCon — when I felt tired all the time. Now that Mutants & Masterminds Second Edition and my last Shadowrun novel are in the can, I feel a great sense of relief. Work hasn't slowed down a lot, but I feel much more able to handle it. Seeing friends and co-workers at GenCon definitely provided me with a much-needed shot of enthusiasm. I've still got some work to do on Freedom City 2e, but I'm looking forward to it rather than just surviving it.

But, right now, it's a nice, cool, late-summer night out and Christopher and I are going out for ice cream. Hmmm peanut butter cup for me, I think.

You know, going out sounds glorious.

I think I need to get the hell away from my computer.

And there just so happens to be a movie theater and Coldstone Creamery ice-cream shop not too far from here. I think we shall do just that.
